ToDay is the Birthday of

Thunder showers – fair. Wind So.

Put out the porch furniture.

Top dressed the bowling green.

Ate dinner up on the hill with Thel, Dot, and Cozette. It was Cozette’s birthday so we had a lobster dinner in her honor.

Worked in the garden till 8-30 pm, set out some cabbage, lettuce, and planted some lima beans and some Horticulture.

Boy I never saw so much dog grass as there is in my garden. I have to dig it all out of everyplace I plant.

My check didn’t come today.

Cozette said that Eddie wrote her that the boys in his outfit are covered with tick bites. They are of Fort Sam Houston Texas.

The lamb has got his grass appetite now, and there is plenty of it for him.

Premier Churchill speaks tomorrow at 12-130 am.
