May 31 Monday, 1943

ToDay is the Birthday of

Fair, wind No.

Eleanor and Ski went to the depot at noon and met Dave, Dottie, and the baby. Davene has the most hair I ever saw on such a young child.

Dave helped me in the garden a couple of hours.

Pic, Eric, and Walder came over. Pic and Eric stayed but Walder went up to Crooked Pond to Dr. Reed’s camp to do some shooting.

Dave and I went up on the hill tonight. We played one game of horseshoes.

Margaret Driscoll came in to see the babies tonight.

Archie came in for a few minutes.
