Partly cloudy cool wind So.E.
Got up at 5 a.m. went thru the C.C., dark then, the morning star was so bright it cast shadows.
Turned at Fisk Mabbits, took a stand on the back road and stayed there till I most froze then moved on to another stand, just got there when Dick Adams fired three shots at a deer from the stand I just left.
Deer ran back into the swamp.
Spider and I went in, the deer came out. Roscoe Holmes got it.
Went up to Diggets with the bunch, some fellows had a big doe there.
Came back and hunted in Whipples till 3 PM, came back to the hill.
Eleanor went to Motor Corp.
Aunt Bertha called up and said Bobbie will be home soon.
Found a piece of soapstone pot rim at the So end of Little Long Pond.
