ToDay is the Birthday of
Fair, warm, Wind So.
Went up on the hill an over to HH’s to look at the dead fox and from there over along the bluffs to the hotel, found one arrowhead on Cummings garden, looked at the sand bank and up in back of Arthur Woods, found nothing.
After dinner we went down to the pond. Archie’s family to ours and Milt and Mrs. McGee.
Eleanor found a good sized pickerel frozen in the ice. I chopped it out, it had a roach in its mouth and had choked on it.
Archie and I took a walk over to Triangle Pond, there was 3 men and a boy fishing there. Thel had two nice big pickerels, a few small ones and some red perch.
I found the skin and head of a small buck deer.
