John Finney’s men were up again today and they carried the stumps to the dump
Got a letter from Fuller Hammond, they expect to pay some dividends this year.
Eleanor went over to Dr. Beers and had her baby checked up for the first time, reports are fine.
Thel went over to town and had her hair done.
Rode over to the Armory with Eleanor tonight. She worked on Mabbits books again.
After drill I walked down to Mabbits and rode home from there.
The Hathaways got a letter from Eddie today and it said that he had met George on Dec 23.
Went down to the Beach Club and intended to drain the water off the pool but there was so much water and ice in the pump house that I couldn’t reach the valve to open it, will have to drain the water off tomorrow if it stays warm.
Marthe and Claire Driscoll were in here this evening and Martha bought half a dozen sweaters from Eleanor.
Percy Finney came in this evening and we played six games of cribbage, I won five.
