229th day – 136 days to follow

Fair and cool fine day.

Got up at 6 am and walked over to Archie’s camp so I could ride home with him, while I was waiting for him to get ready I saw a bald eagle and a hummingbird in front of the camp.

I got quite a kick out of seeing America’s largest and smallest birds just a few minutes apart.

Everything seemed to be ok on the hill.

Silvers brought a table back from Rochester.

Eb came in after supper he said he got a 6 ½ lb striper last night and wanted me to come with him and Walder tonight so I went and we fished till 0 PM and got nothing.

Archie went down to the camp at 10 PM.
