187th day- 178 days follow

Fair after early morning shower.

Went up to the Church and stayed all day helping on the auction.

Tom Doten gave $25.00 for a lawn mower.  I bought a hand motor to row a boat with for $6.00.

Two pieces of furniture sold for $52.00 each.

I heard after the auction that they made $1144.00.  Not bad.

I had a few sea worms left from last night so I went down to the river to try for a bass.  Harry Hornblower came down and he went out with me for an hour.  He got 1 strike but missed the fish. I fished alone for another hour and all I got was grass on my hooks.

Ski said that she expects to work days next week.
