Note: We’re not sure what happened the next few days! Usually he wrote in his journal even while on vacation, but I suppose everyone deserves a break from routine once in a while.
Hope you’re having a great summer, and thanks for reading Arrowheads. It’s a joy to share stories from our family and the old neighborhood.
~Andi and Anne
Strange, after all these years, how one can miss even one day of the journal.
Appreciate your efforts to get these to us.

Thank you Anne and Andi! Discovering Jesse (and his family) has enriched my life and work beyond measure! Each day I see Chiltonville, the Hornblower family, the gardens, landscape and museum that they created through Jesse’s eyes. That being said, maybe I should take a little vacation now too? What do you think Anne? Fred Dunford, Museum Gardener
