Fair and cooler, good day to work.
The carpenter and Geo. Crowell came up on the hill this morning and started shingling the roof.
Mrs. H. was there this A.M. and got started for Boston about noon.
Mary Foley was up there too.
When I got home at noon Thel was gone. She left a note that she had gone shopping.
It is 6 P.M. now and she hasn’t got back yet.
I tried a few shots at noon, did better with my bow.
