22nd day- 343 days follow

No. west wind and very cold.

104 bundles of shingles came this A.M.  Red cedar.

This is one of the real mean days on top of the hill, a strong cold wind sure can make it very disagreeable.

Thel and Ski were out all the afternoon.

Left the hill at 3 P.M. and took the dog for a walk up around Everett Finney and Ira Ward’s pastures and back through Bates’, hoping the pup might pick up the scent of a bird but no luck.

Dot and Cozette were in tonight. They and Thel went up to Fraser’s to their club meeting.
