Mr. H. was on the hill when I got to work this A.M.
Burned dead grass on the fire strip.
After dinner Thel gave me a ride over to town so I could vote on the town elections.
Saw Bill + Lottie, Dean Eldridge, and Frank Gavoni.
After supper I started for the hill when Mr. H. picked me up and we went up to the head of the Forge Pond to look at the new dam Sherman Whipple is making to form a reserve to flow his bogs.
Richard Greenwood gave me a ride back to the hill.
Stopped on the way home in Walder’s and we put in the evening playing cribbage.
I won the rubber game.
