95th day- 271 days follow

(Woodtick)

Fair + Cool

Charlie Sherman came for me this morning and we went out to Kingston to fill in last year’s dig.  There was seven of us showed up.  Charlie Sanderson found a fine small triangular arrowhead in the back dirt.

We got it finished at 11:55 and came right home.  No one was here when I got home.

This afternoon Thel, Cozette, Archie + Roger and I took a ride down on the Cape.  We went over the Bourne Bridge and along the shore road as far as Woods Hole.  We stopped at the wharf for a short while and at the Coast Guard Station.  From there we went through Falmouth Heights, and back home through Mashpee and Sandwich.

There was an enormous freighter going through the canal.

When we got home Bud and Ski were here.

Rev. Zelvian came in for a couple of hours’ visit tonight.  We had some interesting debates.

Sawci Lady had her first woodtick on her today.
