163rd day- 203 days follow

(Arrowheads)

Cloudy + Warmer

Worked on the cutting garden today.

Fred Moon was up today.

Eleanor came and got me after supper and I stayed there till Thel got through work at 12:25.  Then we took some of the help home.

I dug a little up back of the sand bank. Got one broken point and left it there.

After dinner Rolland Engstrum came down and he and I and Bill went up to the Browne dig.  Bill didn’t stay very long but Rolland and I did.  I found two triangular white quartz points, one white quartz elongate fine, one red jasper triangular long tangs (?) very thin, a beautiful specimen, four broken red felsite points, and worked flaked celt blank fair, one bone harpoon point fine, in perfect condition, and very large stemmed scraper, the best I have, and the third of that particular type.

Percy Finney came over here tonight and he and I played cribbage.  I won three and he won two.

Mrs. H. called me up tonight and was very pleased with the looks of the place.

  1. I just read of a fire on Cliff St and my heart sank because I think it might have been Jesse’s house 26-28 Cliff St ? If so I’m sorry to hear about that. Tom Graf
