69th day- 296 days follow

Cloudy + Cold

Wind east and raw.

Carl Bolt came up on the hill a few minutes this A.M.

After work tonight I stopped in to see Pick and the kids.  They are all fine.

I saw a small flock of birds this A.M. but couldn’t Identify them.

After supper I went over to town with Henry, Archie, and Bubbie to the polo game.  Plymouth lost to Worcester 11 to 10.  It was a good game to watch.

Bud and Ski went to the game tonight.

It’s raining this evening.

    1. No, it’s roller skating polo! In Plymouth, games were at Memorial Hall. I’d love to have seen one, but too young.

  1. oh, I know about this. Back in the late 70s or early 80s Herbert Pierce of Plymouth told me about it. He used to play for one of the teams. He was a cranberry grower and also had a big chicken farm in Plymouth on Billington St.
