156th day- 209 days follow

Light Fog + Fair

This was a fine day to work.  I started to mow brush at 8 A.M. and I mowed my whole lot and got a good part of it raked up.

Then I dug a hole in the hill down by the point and got some fine clean sand and fixed up the holes and washouts on the point.

Archie, Cozette, Grandma, and Roger came down at noon and I had dinner with them.

At 4:30 P.M. I stopped work and went fishing for ½ an hour and didn’t get a bite.

Made a big pile of rubbish.

Dave said he would take it to the dump next weekend.

Archie said two men tipped over a dory fishing for stripers off Harry Bradford’s and one of them was drowned.

I rode home in Dave’s car from the camp.
