One of the really great men of the M.A.S. and our president for the last two years died Sunday at his home in Worcester. Dr. W. Elmer Ekblow, one of the finest men I ever had for a friend, may he rest in peace.
Bill Whiting called up tonight and he said a 10 year old kid that was watching us at the Nook when we dug up the Indian skeleton, went down there yesterday and dug up a beautiful adze, about a foot long.
Bill said and I have dug for years and found nothing like that.
I talked to Charlie Sherman [for] a few minutes.
