This morning I took a ride around with Harry and Mr. H. We went over to River St. and up over the extension to the C.C. Then we took a ride over to town to the First House. We looked the project over, then came back to JB’s corner and went up by the County to DeMatteo’s office. No one there.
Thel took me down to the camp after dinner and I found that Eleanor had caught a 2 lb. bass on the plug the kids bought me.
After supper, George Hamer, Carlie, Geo. Stef. and I all went fishing. Eleanor was fishing with Geo. Stef. and she was the only person in the group to get anything. Eleanor caught two bass, one was 1 lb and the other a nice one 3 ¼ lb. Carlie came over to see it as he caught one like it Wednesday.
