About 2 A.M. last Monday some fellows in a car did some damage along the avenue. They smashed out eight long ten foot boards on H.H’s. fence across from our front drive entrance and tried to knock down a big sign in front of the hotel, and they tore off George’s mail box and it was found down in Ellisville.
Saw a red squirrel and a grey one.
