Beautiful day today.
Thel and I got up late this A.M. Did some chores after breakfast and then took a ride on my wheel. It sure runs fine.
Rode up to the Browne Site and dug till I got tired and found only one poor reject.
Saw Mr. Griffin as I was on my way home.
Took a ride up to Eleanor’s, there was no one at home so I left my bike there and hunted around the Pope house and over on the hotel bluffs, and found nothing. I got home about 4 P.M.
Jubbie came in at 7:30 P.M. and said he has to report at the Army base in Boston on the 17th and he is to be sent to Texas.
