Holiday Rain
At noon Thel and I took a ride up on the hill and got a bushel of apples.
We went over by the store and got the paper, then took a ride up by the new highway and up the Jordan Road to South Pond and over to Al Holman’s.
Natalie was there and Thel gave Goldie to her.
While I was there I took a walk over to Niger Pond after the thunder shower. I have seen that little pond for the last 52 years off and on, and never have seen so little water in the pond.
Natalie came down with us and got Goldie.
Ski, Gary, and Snuffy road back up to South Pond with Goldie and Natalie.
Mrs. Whiting called me up and said Bill has had a bad week. Diabetes.
