Kingston

Mild and showers

After dinner Thel took me out to Kingston.  We went to Shephard’s first and I gave Mrs. Shephard $100.00 as agreed to help give Sid a decent funeral.

Mr. Shepherd is a collector of antiques and Mrs. Shepherd has a long white quartz knife found in her garden that is a honey.

Then we went down to Wright’s and I paid him $10.00 for flowers.

Then we went over to Landing Road and I thanked Mrs. Pison for what she had done for Sid.

They we stopped on the way home and I called on Mrs. Sherwood.  She is quite a remarkable woman to be a nursing housekeeper at the age of 80.
