ToDay is the Birthday of Earl Holman’s Funeral
Fair and warm wind So.
Finnegan’s truck took some of the stuff up to Boston.
Archie Roy and I went up to the church at 1 P.M. and helped take in Earl and arrange the flowers.
Henry Swift drove Ski and I up to Earl’s funeral service.
Rev. Palcher officiated, there was a great number of people there and an awful lot of flowers. Six of the regular firemen acted as his pallbearers.
After the funeral I went up on the hill and closed up the house and left the keys for Martha.
Eleanor got my supper tonight.
Milt Vaughn was in here this evening. He said that Richard and his wife were up at Boston where the baby is and there seems to be no hope for it.
