ToDay is the Birthday of Arrowheads

Fair and warm, Wind No West.

Saw Mr H and Martha this morning.

Had a letter from Mr. Barden.

Fixed up my repeating shot gun for deer hunting.

Got my receipt from Cyrus Brewer for the insurances.

After dinner Bill and I went up to the Browne dig, he had a good luck.

Found his first axe today and did he get a thrill out of that.

We both found arrowheads and graphite, he got one fine specimen, first finding the point then the base.

We found some broken pieces that sure were swell when they were whole.

Slim Stefani has got home on a furlow.
