63rd day – 303 days follow

32           Partly Cloudy

Got the house in the weekend shape for the folks.

Mrs. H called up at noon and said she and Mr. H will be down tonight and the rest of tomorrow.

Stopped into see Pic. She has the intestinal grippe and so has Eric. Thelma has it too.

Fire Chief Wood came in to see me to find out where the hydrant is on the hill

Eleanor is going to Harrisburg Penn tonight.

I will be glad when the weather gets warmer.

Thel, Ski, Milt, and I took Eleanor up to the South Station to take the 11 PM Express for Philly.

We had hard work finding a place for her ¼ of an hour before it was time for the train to leave. It was full of soldiers and sailors with their duffel bags.

We got home just about 12 am, had some cake and coffee and went to bed.
