274th day – 92 days follow
This morning I went over to the Yacht Club with Mrs. H. She had intended to bring her sailboat up to J.B.s corner boat house for the winter but Jack Sampson thought it too rough.
The carpenters were up on the hill again today.
After dinner, Thel and I went down to the camp.
I fished some before dark, it was cold and the wind blew like heck, got only one strike from a small pickerel.
Saw a fellow catch a small bass.
We went to bed at 9 PM.
P.S. Bill Whiting came up to see me to see if I would go hunting for arrowheads.
