123rd day – 242 days to follow

Temp 65

Fair and a little warmer.

Bill the plumber, Ashton the carpenter, Fred Moon the Painter, and Thel and Cozette and Dot were up cleaning house.

Painted the garden pool today.

More German troops have surrendered.

I fixed up some pepsi cola cans to put Eleanor’s chick feed in.

I took some herring sticks over to Finney’s that I cut today, and Percy and I put the herrings on them that we salted down.

There is a skunk moved in under my garage.

Elanor said she got a letter from George today and he told her that he is sending a bunch of stuff he picked up in his travels.
