Started in to rain just before dinner and kept up for the rest of the day.
Mellie and Margaret left this afternoon and Mrs H is bringing two girls down tonight.
I stopped in to see Pic and the two boys on my way home from work.
Nellie McMahon is down at the same place that Aunt Tirzah and Gram Covell stayed at down in Ellisville.
Chet Downie was up on the hill to see me this afternoon and stayed quite a while, he said his grandfather Bill Downie is down at the same place as Nellie.
After supper Archie and I went over to Memorial Hall to see the wrestling bouts, we met Frank over there and the three of us had ringside seats.
I felt punk when I got home as I have a touch of intestinal grippe and it sure spoils a guy’s sleep.
