103rd day- 262 days follow

Fair and cold wind No.

Mr. and Mrs. H. were on the hill when I got to work this A.M.

Jubbie worked today.

Mrs. H. and Geo. Crowell went down to New Bedford to ride on the maiden voyage of the Woods Hole to Martha’s Vineyard ferry.

Planted some more evergreens in front of the dining room bay window.

After dinner Thel took me down to the pond and I put in the whole afternoon painting up the boat.  Painted her green this year instead of white.

George called up and he said that his hot water is full of rust.
