253rd day-112 days follow

Cloudy and very warm.

Put in a whole morning trimming hedges and shrubs.

The cook told me she was leaving and I saw Mary Foley there at noon.

Ricky Greenwood was up on the hill this A.M. working on the locks in the house.  The old girls she has had for help are afraid to stay in the house at night.

After supper Thel and I took our archery tackle up to George’s and we did some shooting on the Hotel parking lot.  While we were practicing Bot Lee and Gretchen came up and Bob did some shooting too.

After Bob and Gretchen left for home Eleanor, George, Thel, and I played cards.
