280th day- 85 days follow

Fair and warm, wonderful day.

Lots of robins, flickers and crows up on the hill, two kinds of sparrows, cedar wax wings and a downie woodpecker.

After supper Thel and I went up to Eleanor’s.  George was painting a floor.

We played 8 games of crib.  They won 6.

Very warm tonight for this time of the year.

The St. Louis Cards beat the Boston Red Sox 3 to 0 today.
