16th day-349 days follow

(Arrowheads)

Cloudy and warm.

I went over to Nook Farm upper plowing and hunted it this A.M.  It sure has been hunted hard judging from the footprints.  Tracked two coons, one rabbit, a skunk, and a cock pheasant in the mud.

I found five arrowheads, two only fair, two extra good, and one very special, a long side notched triangular point, a beautiful specimen.

Carl Bolt came up on the hill to pay me a visit this afternoon.  I haven’t seen him since deer hunting season.

After supper Thel and I went down to Bobbie’s to see his new baby.  It sure is a fine child.

Bud was here with Ski this evening.
