ToDay is the Birthday of

Fair and hot, wind West.

When I went to work this I saw Harry’s wife. She, Martha, Drucie, and two others are down.

After dinner I went down to Bates wharf and did some casting and didn’t get a bite. Then I took a ride on my wheel over to Eel River bridge and fished with worms. I caught the two largest red perch I have ever seen, then just before I left I got a large bass and threw it back. The law is still on them.

When I came back to the hill I saw Mrs. Hornblower.

Paul Goodwin called me up to inquire about a job for the summer over at HH and I told him to … Treglawn.

Cleaned my fish and watered the … plants.
