69th day – 297 days follow

32           Fair

Received a letter from Maurice Robbins of Attleboro praising the article I got in the bulletin. Will have to answer.

Painted all day on screens up on the hill.

Went over to see when Steve wanted the petunia seed, he is going to start for Mrs. H.

Percy was up to see me this afternoon while I was over at H.H.

Thel and I went down and took a look around Ira Wards barn this morning noon, saw nothing there I could use, but a scythe.

The ice is out of the harbor again.

Thel and I have played w games of cribbage, score 6-6.

Heard Elizabeth Dunham has let Ira’s house.
