132nd day – 234 days follow

65        Fair

Put in all the screens on the hill.

When I got up on the hill this morning, Mr Hornblower and Mr. Berger were there, they stayed till after breakfast then they left for Martha’s Vineyard.

Bill Whiting took a run up to see me, he said the run of herring is small this year.

Thel and her gang were up here cleaning today.

I took Thel and Ski to the show.

Planted the last of the glads.

Josie Wood and a couple of women were up on the hill looking for birds, she said she saw an Indigo Bunting a couple of days back.

I have never seen one in Plymouth, the last one I saw was when I worked for Bill Pierce at So. Lincoln Mass.
