290th day – 76 days follow

Shut off outside water

Chopped and sawed wood all day.

Fred Moon painted on the barn door today.

Steve Treglawn was over getting some cuttings off my verbenas.

First hard freeze last night, it got some of my flowers.

Shut off the outside water.

Lots of robins, blue jays, and crows around today.

Jack walked up on the hill this morning and came right home.

Thel has a cold and a sore throat.

I heard a couple of shots down on the shore, the duck season is on now and the upland game season opens Friday.

Charlie Fraser had his furnace going.
