32nd day – 333 days to follow

Temp 20

Fair and still cold.

I saw a flock of Cedar Waxwings nine in it up on the hill.

Put out some mixed grains for the quail.

Worked in the cellar painting screens.

Helen Downing has another son.

Still as icy as ever.

We go a letter from Dave and Dot today and they are expecting another event next summer.

Finished up all the screens, as I was coming home down the front drive Bobbie Hilton and the little Clarke kid had the big Clarke boy on a sled and were trying to drag him home, he had slid into a tree and sprained his left knee. I dragged him up to the house and got him in.
