44th day – 321 days to follow

Temp 24

Cool, cloudy, and looks like a storm.

Everything was OK on the hill so I swept the whole house.

Saw two flickers, one downey woodpecker, some pine siskins, chickadees and three grey squirrels.

Willie called up again about her heat so Eleanor reported it to Dr Waterman and got in touch with the welfare.

When I went up on the hill after dinner I saw the flock of quail eating the grain I put out for them.

I came home back along the beach to see what the storm did.

Edd. Priestly of the welfare was up to Aunt Tirzahs and had some oil delivered to her.

Thel was out over to Cozettes a couple of times today.
