164th day – 201 days to follow

Temp 74

Arrowhead

Some fair weather in AM turning cloudy at noon.

Tooled around doing odd jobs all the morning.

Charlie Cardino was up on the hill and he said there will be no water today on the hill as they have got to put in a new hydrant where the one got smashed off last night.

Went over to drill early tonight so I could change into my summer uniform.

Sargent Gascallia’s wife had twins, a boy and a girl.

When I got hom Claire Driscoll was here.

We marched over as far as the Stephen’s Field and did riot squad formations.

One more drill night.

Fred Moon was over and he gave me a nice felsite arrowhead, and a small heart shaped stone he found in his garden.
