3rd day- 362 days follow

Fair and not quite so cold.

The Richard Greenwoods were up on the hill today.

I fixed a lot of pickerel traps for Mrs. H.  She expects to go fishing up at Howlands Pond tomorrow.

George and Eleanor were down here this afternoon.

Ski went up to the store and saw the milkman.

Got a check from Fuller Hammond today.

George’s brother Slim is going to work for Knight as auto mechanic.

George called me up and said he had heard that the papers are in the mail for the approval of the government loan for the purchase of Genie Finney’s house for he and Eleanor.

Walder called me up tonight and said Howard Haire is trying to buy the place he lives in thru the boys bill of rights.
