171st day- 194 days follow

Fair and hot in A.M. cool in afternoon.

Jubbie and I finished cleaning up at noon.

Mrs. Sharkey was up on the hill this afternoon serving punch and cookies to the Plymouth Garden Club.

H.H. gardens and ours were open to the public today.

Mrs. H. got home from Martha’s Vineyard tonight.  She called me up to take in their luggage so Thel and I went up and from there up to Eleanor’s.

George and I went over to the swimming pool and along the bluff as far as the Kings Path and back by Johnson’s stand.

We saw a crippled loon swimming around in circles on its back.

I got a basket of plants and set them out when I got home.
