215th day-150 days follow

Fair and not too hot

Mr. H. was on the hill this A.M.  Geo. Crowell came up for him.

The two Stricklands were up with the sign and we went down to the foot of the drive and put it up.

After dinner Thel drove me over to Douprie’s and I got some worms and some hooks, and she and I went down to the harbor and I rowed around for 4 hours and we didn’t get a thing.

Henry Davis caught the only bass I saw.

Geo. left 6 ears of corn for our supper.  After we ate it we went up and visited them for awhile.
